WELCOME TO TRAVIS COUNTY STRENGTH

You’ll be surprised what you can accomplish in 60 minutes at TCS. And you’ll be sore.

You’ll learn to lift stones and carry a yoke. You’ll learn all the ways a sandbag can be moved from point A to point B. You’ll push sleds, carry kettlebells, bench, squat, press, jump and pull. You’ll build strength, agility, and stamina.

You’ll have someone you’ve never met help you put your weights away. You’ll have a coach there ready to help find a way to make any movement work for you.
