Coach Travis Holley
As the Owner and Head Coach of Travis County Strength, I wanted to establish a place built upon a foundation of integrity, hard work, personal growth and community.
In the nearly 2 decades of training, I have worked with a large spectrum of individuals spanning from grandparents to elite firefighters and military personnel. Due to the diversity of my training experience, I feel comfortable working with anyone and I am confident in my ability to make intelligent modifications that serve the individual and set them up for success in a sustainable, life-changing way. All I ask is that you are coachable, willing to work hard and add value to our TCS family.
I strive to keep things simple....NOT easy.

Coach Dani Ring
Hi my name is Dani and I have been passionate about fitness all my life. I was born and raised in Massachusetts where I played college basketball and got my degree in Biology at Mount Ida College. I moved to Austin 12 years ago and spent 10 years playing competitive rugby with the local womens rugby team the Austin Valkyries. I have been a member at TCS since day 1 (2014), and recently chose to leave a career in dental hygiene to pursue my passion for strength and fitness training. I hold level 1 and 2 coaching certifications with USA Rugby and a NASM certification. . I love helping people from all backgrounds pursue their fitness goals, from the aspiring college athlete to the elderly trying to maintain mobility. I, myself, am a new mom and navigating fitness in this new phase of life and working on developing my own postpartum recovery series to help others. In my spare time I enjoy being outside with my husband Tom, our daughter, Stevie, and our dog, Judy.

Coach Elliott Coffey
An explorer at heart, I seek to understand the roadblocks that hinder us from achieving our true potential. With integrity as my compass, I harness honest communication, strong leadership, and physical fitness to inspire and empower others to demolish their mental barriers and pursue their dreams with confidence.
My fitness journey began as a Crossfit coach in 2015. Fresh out of the Army, it was the first job that truly felt like a calling since leaving active duty. As it turns out, teaching people to move and giving them the tools to confidently navigate physical and mental challenges in their daily life is incredibly fulfilling. Someone much wiser than me probably once said, “Find a job that’s meaningful and that excites you enough to get out of bed in the morning with a purpose. You just may be surprised at how often joy, happiness, and fulfillment frequent your life as a result.”
After a brief couple of years as a Crossfit coach, the sport of Strongman stole my heart and I never looked back. I transitioned to coaching and competing in the sport, first at BatCity, then eventually at BigTex gym, until the world got a bit weird in 2020. After many competitions, victories (2016 Texas Strongest Man <200), and a whole pandemic later, I’ve found myself at Travis County Strength.
I’ve never felt more at home as a coach and member of a gym community than I have at TCS. You all have welcomed me with open arms. I am honored, and excited, to bring my experience and knowledge to every one of you as we collectively pursue our fitness endeavors.

Coach Kristina Williams
Kristina has always strived to lift people up around her, both in how she has approached leadership in her workplaces and as a workout/running/hiking partner to her friends and family. She brings a lifetime of competitive and recreational sports and fitness experiences. In her free time, Kristina enjoys weightlifting at TCS, running, coaching her daughter’s softball team, backpacking, as well as playing baseball for the sandlot team “The Grackles”.
Kristina is Eleiko Weightlifting Level 1, ‘Readiness & Recovery’ trained, and is certified in the Yoga TuneUp Roll Model method of self-myofascial massage, a simple yet powerful self-treatment for recovery and self-care that she teaches in the TCS Recovery class.
Kristina’s own challenges with fitness-related injuries, limitations, and setbacks from multiple pregnancies has taught her the psychology and growth mindset needed to overcome them. As a result, Kristina’s coaching motivates you to work hard, find joy in the challenge, and prioritize recovery. Kristina is excited to support you in your fitness journey at TCS!

Coach Jen Troconis
Hi, I am Coach Jen T, also known as the Valkyrie hailing from the Great White North.
In 2013 I moved to Sweatier Pastures that landed me in ATX. Living and working in Canada, I led a successful but not fulfilling corporate life, and knew when I re-entered the workforce it would be different.
Fast Forward to Living in the US, being a new mother, making the time to invest in myself, I knew I wanted to return to the workforce in a different capacity. One of my greatest joys is helping and supporting people. I wanted to feel the passion that Fitness and being on the weight floor ignited within me, and share it with you.
In 2018 I pivoted and became Certified Personal Trainer. I am passionate about All Fitness, especially Women’s Fitness. Guiding people on their strength journey, and inspiring them to move in ways that test their mental and physical resolve.
“Fitness is more than just training, it is a mindset that will forever change your life” JRT
When I am not Training I adore spending time with my Son Maximo and Partner Joe. We love all things outdoors, great music, and the foodiest food ATX has to offer.
